Insurance is pay-and-claim — itemised bills and treatment summaries are issued for reimbursement, but the clinic isn’t on a cashless network.

Is the consultation fee adjusted against treatment?

In full, if treatment begins within 30 days. If you take the plan and think about it for a year, the ₹500 stands — you’ve had a diagnosis and an X-ray, and both have value on their own.

Can I get an estimate before coming in?

A range, yes. Send a photograph on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you roughly what it’s likely to be. The firm number needs the tooth in front of us, because quoting off a photograph is exactly how people end up feeling misled.

Do you see children?

Yes, and their first visit is free. It lasts twenty minutes and is spent entirely on making the chair uninteresting — no instruments, no counting, nothing that has to be endured. Most nervous adults are nervous because of how their first visit went at seven.

What happens if I need something you don’t do?

You get a referral to a specialist and the X-rays to take with you, at no charge. We don’t keep the file as leverage.
